
Mr. Winston McDonald Jr. - President & CEO
Mr. Winston McDonald Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Best Warehousing & Transportation, Inc. Mr. McDonald is responsible for overseeing the entire US Operation, which consists of several locations in the United States. Mr. McDonald has been the President & CEO since 2006 and has the lead the company to record revenue growth and expansion during his tenure. Mr. McDonald has over 15 years of logistics experience having held management roles with General Electric Company and John H. Harland. Mr. McDonald holds a BS degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, NY. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Global Technology Management from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, GA. Mr. McDonald resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two children.
Mr. Randy Taylor – Vice President of US Operations
Mr. Randy Taylor joined Best Warehousing and Transportation in 2008 as the Vice President of U.S. Operations with nine years of experience in transportation management. He was responsible for opening BWT’s new facility in Chico, CA, and handles the day-to-day operations of Best Warehousing’s multiple locations across the United States. Prior to BWT, Mr. Taylor was Transportation Manager for Iron Mountain, he managed the largest transportation department in their North American Operation. His experience spans Less-than-Load, Truckload, Intermodal, and Warehouse operations.
Mr. Taylor graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa; AL. Mr. Taylor resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and new born son.
Mr. Ray Daley – Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Daley brings over 27 years of extensive public accounting and industry experience serving as a trusted business advisor and financial accounting consultant to businesses operating in various industries. He has expertise in strategic planning; budgeting and forecasting; financial reporting and analyses; financial and operational auditing; implementing accounting and auditing standards; cost reduction and containment; and acquisitions – financial due diligence.
Prior to joining BWT, Ray spent 12 years with John H. Harland Company where he served in various roles including Vice President of Finance in its Printed Products Product Division. Ray also spent 4 years with Equifax Inc. Before joining Equifax Inc., Ray spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse in Audit and Accounting Services.
A Certified Public Accountant, Ray received his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Clemson University’s College of Business and Behavioral Science.
