Mr. John Heald
Mr. John Heald has 30 years experience, including 24 years of general management assignments, most recently as President of the John Harland Company a check manufacturer & direct marketing organization. Mr. Heald has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Baldwin Technology Company, a $150 million global manufacturer of controls and accessories for the printing industry. Prior to that he was executive Vice President of operations for Sappi Fine Paper, NA, where he had responsibility for sales, marketing and operations of the $1.4 billion organization. Mr. Heald also spent 22 years with Union Camp Corporation. His last position with Union Camp was Executive Vice President of the packaging group, with general management responsibilities for this $1.8 billion part of the company.
Mr. Craig Cuffie
Craig Cuffie is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations at Intuit, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for all end-to-end supply chain activities that deliver Intuit's products and services to retailers and direct to end customers. These activities include planning, procurement, order management, manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, and logistics. Craig has held a number of business line and leadership roles during his time at Intuit, most recently as Vice President of Global Operations for service and technical support. Prior to joining Intuit, Inc. in 2003, Craig spent 18 years in aerospace and high technology industries with Quantum, Inc., Lam Research, Inc. and United Technologies Corporation, where he held a variety of management positions in Business Development, Program and Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and General Management.
Craig earned his Masters degree in management from Renssalear Polytechnic Institute and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the Stanford Global Supply Chain Forum, and the Institute for Supply Management. He is board member of the Joan and Lewis Platt East Palo Alto YMCA and Chairman of Autistic Kids Play Place
Mr. Ray Daley
Mr. Daley brings over 27 years of extensive public accounting and industry experience serving as a trusted business advisor and financial accounting consultant to businesses operating in various industries. He has expertise in strategic planning; budgeting and forecasting; financial reporting and analyses; financial and operational auditing; implementing accounting and auditing standards; cost reduction and containment; and acquisitions – financial due diligence.
Prior to joining BWT, Ray spent 12 years with John H. Harland Company where he served in various roles including Vice President of Finance in its Printed Products Product Division. Ray also spent 4 years with Equifax Inc. Before joining Equifax Inc., Ray spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse in Audit and Accounting Services.
A Certified Public Accountant, Ray received his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Clemson University’s College of Business and Behavioral Science.
Mr. Ronnie Lott
In a memorable NFL career Ronnie Lott led by exemple, he was always known as a fierce competitor. He earned the reputation of being one of the hardest hitting defensive backs in NFL history. He also earned the respect of those who played against him and with him, as well as the fans around the country. Lott was the heart and soul of the 49ers. On the field, he was constantly screaming to his teammates to play harder. Off the field he was just as vocal, a leader in the club house and a man willing to help younger players who were struggling. Leaders like Ronnie Lott bring out the best in those around them, and in his 14 years in the NFL he helped other football players become winners.
Mr. Ronnie Lott is now a very successful Auto Dealer and is President & CEO of Ronnie Lott Auto Ventures, Inc., located in San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Winston McDonald Jr.
Mr. Winston McDonald Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Best Warehousing & Transportation, Inc. Mr. McDonald is responsible for overseeing the entire US Operation, which consists of several locations in the United States. Mr. McDonald has been the President & CEO since 2006 and has the lead the company to record revenue growth and expansion during his tenure. Mr. McDonald has over 15 years of logistics & finance experience having held Senior management roles with General Electric Company and John H. Harland.
Mr. McDonald holds a BS degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, NY. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Global Technology Management from American Intercontinental University.
